Delivery Policy

Upon delivery, you will be asked to provide an electronic signature or sign a copy of the invoice. Your signature will serve as confirmation that you have received all products listed on the invoice in full.

If you are not available at the specified delivery address, the order may be delivered to another person present at that address. Their electronic signature or signature on the invoice will be considered confirmation that the customer has received all items listed on the invoice.

If the delivery team reaches the address provided by you but is unable to deliver the order, please contact Customer Service to arrange another delivery appointment.

Herb & Oil shall not be responsible for any order that remains undelivered for more than 30 days from the order date.
