Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as they form the basis of the agreement between the customer and Herb & Oil store

First: Shipping and Delivery Policy

Delivery Time
\nWithin and outside Saudi Arabia: 3 to 14 business days
\nWe strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible, but the delivery time may vary depending on the shipping company and the customer’s location
\nPlease note that delivery times may be extended during holidays or seasonal sales due to high shipping demand

Failed Delivery
\nIf the shipment cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, it will be considered returned and our return policy will apply
\nPlease review Herb & Oil’s Return and Exchange Policy
\nShipping and customs fees will be fully deducted from the customer if the failure to receive is not due to an error from Herb & Oil
\nProducts cannot be returned directly to the delivery agent. You must contact customer service first

International Shipping
\nSome countries may impose additional customs duties or taxes
\nHerb & Oil is not responsible for any customs fees or delays in the destination country
\nIn case of return, these charges will be deducted from the refund unless the error is on our part

Second: Order Modification

Modifiable Orders
"Orders can only be modified if their status is "New Order
\nPlease contact customer service immediately if you wish to make changes

Non-Modifiable Orders
\nOrders cannot be modified if their status is "Ready", "Out for Delivery", or if paid via Tabby or Tamara

Third: Order Cancellation

"Orders can only be cancelled if their status is "New Order
\nTo cancel, please contact customer service directly

Fourth: Order Receipt

The customer or their representative must sign upon receipt, either manually or electronically. This signature serves as official proof of receiving the full order
\nIf the customer is not present, the order may be handed to anyone at the delivery location. Their signature is considered a confirmation of receipt
\nIf the order is not received within 30 days from the order date, Herb & Oil bears no responsibility for it

Fifth: Content and Warranty

We do our best to provide accurate and clear product information
\nColors may slightly vary depending on screen settings
\nImages are for illustrative purposes and may not perfectly represent the actual product
\nHerb & Oil reserves the right to update, modify, or remove any website content without prior notice

Sixth: Reviews and External Content
