Delivery Policy

- If you are not present at the specified address, the order will be delivered to anyone present at that location, and their signature on the electronic or physical invoice constitutes full acceptance of delivery by the customer.
- If the carrier reaches your designated address and delivery cannot be completed, please contact customer service to reschedule delivery.
- Herb and Oil bears no responsibility for any order that has not been delivered within 30 days from the order date.
